Do your plans require a contract or can I cancel anytime?

When you first sign up you will have the convenient options to pay Monthly (month-to-month), Quarterly (every 3 months), Semi-annually (every 6 months), or Annually (every 12 months). You will be responsible for the full payment of these terms. We do not offer refunds for unused time past the first 30 days, so if you commit to an annual payment plan and on day 31 decide you wish to cancel, you will not be eligible for a refund for the 11 unused months.

We do offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee, which is ample time for you to decide whether or not you wish to use our services. If within the first 30 days, you would like to cancel, you will receive a full refund for your hosting fees. Please note that any setup fees or domain registration/transfer fees are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.
