*I just signed up. When will I receive my Store Setup email?

All accounts are set up within 24-48 hours of when your initial invoice is paid. (Most of the time much sooner). After your account is set up and the software installed, you will receive 2 Welcome emails. One is your Store Setup email, and the other email will contain all your Mal's login information. They are sent separately for security reasons.

If you have a yahoo or hotmail email address, these emails will most likely be found in your Bulk email folder. If you signed up and paid more than 24-48 ago and you still have not received your welcome email, log into your Shoppe Pro client area and click on "My Emails". There you should most likely find your welcome emails. If they are not there, please contact us for assistance by opening a support ticket.
