To start a website you will need:
1) A Domain Name - Shoppe Pro can register a domain name for you at the cost of $13.95 per year. If you prefer to purchase your domain name elsewhere, you may do so, but you will need to edit your name servers at your Domain Registrar later on .
2) Web Hosting - In order for your website to be seen on the internet, it needs to be stored on a web server. "Web hosting" is generally defined as the business of renting the web server space where your website is stored. If you decide to join Shoppe Pro, we will be your hosting company.
3) Web Design Template - The Shoppe Pro Site Builder Cart comes with 40+ pre-installed templates, the majority of which do not include any graphics, just basic colors. If you want your website to "look pretty", you'll most likely want to purchase a pre-made web template or hire a web designer to design your site. Note: If you register your domain name elsewhere and want to join Shoppe Pro to host your website, you will need to point your nameservers to Shoppe Pro at your registrar (where you registered your domain). You will find our nameservers in your welcome email from us.
