You will need to create a blank html file named element-custom-head.html using an appropriate program such as notepad or textedit. Then, upload it into /content/skins/_custom/skin/templates/wrappers/elements/. If one or more of these folders do not exist, you will need to create them. You can create both the html file and folders using cPanel File Manager. Once this file is created, you will be able to paste in all of your custom code which will be included in the "head" portion of the cart's web pages. Please note: When pasting your code, you will need to add: {literal} before your code and: {/literal} at the end your code.
