Wholesale - my vendors are not getting a discount applied
In order for a wholesale discount to be applied, there needs to be at least SOME wholesale discount on each item, even if you are using a vendor by vendor override discount. This way you can designate which items are available for wholesale purchase. This allows you to keep one or some products NOT eligible for a wholesale discount.
- Make sure you Wholesale page is activated.
- Then go to each of your products that you want to be eligible for wholesale discounts and enter at least some wholesale discount, even if it's just 0.01%.
- If your wholesale clients have an override discount of let's say 20%, they will receive a 20% discount on any item that has a wholesale discount percentage entered in your Product editing screen.
