Yes, if you would like to set up your shop before you switch hosting from your previous host, you can work on the temporary URL that we will give you. When you're done, change the nameserver info for your domain to point to Shoppe Pro.
Please note that if you currently host elsewhere and you have a domain email account (yourname@yourdomain.com), you will need to first re-create that email address on our server BEFORE transferring your domain name servers or your email account will no longer work after you switch.
