If you are getting an error message that your password is wrong but you're sure it's right, check to make sure that the USERNAME you entered ends in "@mydomain.com". For example, if you created an email address in your cpanel for johndoe@mydomain.com , the username you should enter into your email client is "johndoe@mydomain.com" NOT just "johndoe" This is a common mistake.
