Please use EXTREME care in doing URL redirects through the cPanel. If you aren't sure about what you're doing, please open a support ticket to get some advice. In some cases, doing an URL redirect through the cPanel can break your Shoppe Pro store. This is because the Shoppe Pro software uses special settings on your .htaccess page. Doing cPanel redirects will edit this .htaccess file on your account and you could do some damage. Open a support ticket if you aren't sure.
