We do not recommend using autoresponders regularly. It is best to ONLY use an autoresponder if you will be out of town or in the event that you can't answer your emails in a timely manner over an extended period of time. The reason for this is that your autoresponder is going to go out to every email address that emails you, and this includes spammers. If a spammer gets an auto-returned email, they know they have an active "good" email address and this opens the door to more spam. Use autoresponders responsibly.
