In your Google Webmaster Tools account, download the .html file given to you to your computer.
1. Once you download the file, log into your cPanel, and click "File Manager".
2. Choose "Web Root" or navigate to the /public_html/ folder.
3. Click "Upload" at the top.
4. Select your google html file that downloaded and click "Upload".
You should now be able to verify your site with Google.
