How to add a popup image to your page or product description

Go to Products in your store admin and select the product you want to add this thumbnail to and click "edit"

Now in the description area, where you want the thumbnail to go, click the Insert Image button which looks like a little picture frame.

Click Upload, and select your image and click Load Image.

Copy the URL from the Image URL field and save this to your clipboard for use later.

Then in the Appearance tab of that, next to dimensions, fill in ONE of the dimensions fields for how wide you want your thumbnail to be. (150 px is good)

Now click "Insert", and then "OK".

Now click on the image you just inserted and click the hyperlink button (looks like a chain link).

Click on the Popup tab

Check the box for Javascript popup.

In the Popup URL field, paste the image URL you copied from when you uploaded your image.

I advise checking the boxes for Make Window Resizable.

Then click Insert and OK.

Then save your product.
