How do I change my cPanel password?
The cPanel password issued to you upon signup is generated automatically and designed to be something hard to guess by others. This is to protect you and our server security from hackers. Also, when your Shoppe Pro Store admin was initially configured, your cPanel username and password were integrated into your store configuration to allow you to upload files, and manage your site. If you were to change your cPanel password, your store admin would no longer work. For this reason, we have disabled the ability for you to change your own cPanel password. If you feel your password has been compromised, please open a support ticket and we would be happy to change it to another randomly generated password.
