Adding Products

To add your products, follow these basic steps:

  1. Click on "Products" (left side under E-Store).
  2. Click on "Add".
  3. Enter an Item Name
  4. Description: Enter the description that will appear under the product name.
  5. Keywords: Enter the keywords you wish to set for this product.
  6. Thumbnail URL: Upload a small image to display in the catalog when products are listed. (Recomended thumbnail size is 100 to 150 pixels wide) **
  7. Large Image URL: Upload the full-size image of your product (recomended image size is 500 to 600 pixels wide) **
  8. Enter the Regular Price:
  9. (Optional) Enter the On Sale Price:
  10. Featured: Choose "Yes, if this will be a featured item.
  11. Select the categorie(s) this product belongs to.
  12. Click "Add Options" and enter any options (such as color/size, etc)

For more detailed information about how to add store products, click the Help Button at the top right-hand corner of your Store Admin area, while you are on the "Products" page.

 

** PLEASE DO NOT USE EXTREMELY LARGE PICTURES IN YOUR CATALOG. IF YOU USE EXTREMELY LARGE PHOTOS FOR YOUR THUMBNAIL IMAGES, ESPECIALLY, YOUR SITE WILL LOAD EXTREMELY SLOWLY AND THIS CAN BE VERY ANNOYING TO YOUR VISITORS.
