Karina usually tells everyone to start with the basic and if you need to go up you can later. Hope that helps!
Yes, I usually estimate the the starter plan has room for about 400-500 products and their photos. But you can always upgrade. In your case I would recommend the Professional plan but if you prefer you can start with the Starter and upgrade if needed.
