Basic Hosting Only

I am interested also in the basic hosting only. What is the weblink for that service or where do I get more info? My husband and I have been using ANR Hosting for our DJ business which has been good until we have an issue and then it takes up to 2 months to get a response from customer service. I have already built the website in Netobject Fusion (also hard to use) so I don't want a new website built yet. So, can I upload the Netobject Fusion template? Right now we just need basic hosting.
