New to Shoppe Pro, Owning a business, and advertising!!

Hello everyone!! I'm new to Shoppe Pro and I'm new in every other way as well. I just started my own business in August and I've had 2 orders so far. I'm hoping to get the word out about my site but I'm a little stuck. I also had a banner made for my site and I'm not sure how to upload it to this forum or anywhere else. I can only email it. Can anyone help and does anyone have any advice on where to advertise for either cheap or free? My website address is www.littleideasinc.com and here is the url to my banner:
