Lock/unlcok DNS

Hi,
I had to unlock my site at GoDaddy to change the nameserver to shoppe pro. Do I need to go back and lock it again.
I'm sure I will have lots of questions before my site is finished. Thanks for your help. All of the other posters questions have answered alot of mine already.
