2. Browse the knowledgebase for your question. Most questions that people have can be answered in the knowledgebase.
3. Visit the community support forums. If you haven't signed up already, please do so. There are many questions that have already been answered there. The search tool is an excellent way to find the answer to your question. If you don't see the answer to your question, please post your question on the forums. You may also be helping someone else down the road with the same question. Response times on the forums can be very quick!
