A little about the owner
Shoppe Pro is a home-based web hosting business run by a real Work at Home Mom! Owner and Administrator Karina Varner is a work at home mom to 3 busy kids Ashton, 6, Lynsey, 4, and baby Alyson (born May 2009) and resides in sunny Sahuarita, Arizona.

A little bit about Karina's technical background:
Karina has over 10 years of experience in web design, HTML, CSS, coding, computer, and information technology. She is a CompTIA A+ certified computer specialist, and also has formal training in the MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification program. She is a member of the IWA (International Webmasters Association) and the HTML Writers Guild.
A note from Karina - Why we began!
Shoppe Pro was started with a desire to help out other aspiring Work at Home Moms achieve their goals of starting successful online businesses, allowing them to stay at home with their children. It shouldn't cost a fortune, which is why we offer the most affordable rates you will ever see! As a WAHM to three young children myself, being able to stay at home to raise my own children has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my life, and I love knowing that I can help other moms achieve that same goal.

Michelle Gardner - Client Support Specialist
Michelle has been with Shoppe Pro since 2008 and lives in North Carolina. She helps answer your support tickets (quite quickly, I might add!) and is an extrememly effective communicator! She is also one of our Forum moderators. She has been doing technical support in various fields since 1998. In addition to her services with our company, she is also a very talented web designer and graphic artist. Michelle also owns and operates Polka Dot Dandy, a web and graphic design studio.
Arlene Tomasetti - Client Support Specialist
Arlene has been with Shoppe Pro since 2008 and lives in Illinois. She helps answer your support tickets and is an extrememly skilled in HTML and CSS! She is also one of our Forum moderators. In addition to her services with our company, she is also a very talented web designer and graphic artist. Arlene also owns and operates Retroboutiques, a web and graphic design studio.
Amanda Costle - Customer Service (Phone/Chat) and Installations
Amanda is the newest member to the Shoppe Pro team. Amanda is another successful work at home mom! She resides in Tucson, Arizona and has a 3 year old daughter, Rylee. Amanda helps answer our toll-free phone number, operates the Live Chat desk, as well helps perform installations. She has excellent customer service skills and has been a wonderful addition to the Shoppe Pro customer support team!
