A little about the owner
Shoppe Pro is a home-based web hosting business which was started in 2007 by a real work at home mom. Karina and her husband David have been married for 11 years, have 3 busy kids Ashton, 9, Lynsey, 8, and Alyson, 3, and reside in sunny Sahuarita, Arizona.
In 2011, Karina’s husband David left his day job in management at a missile systems company to become a work at home dad and help Karina run her business. David has a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance. David helps with accounting and also provides customer service in the billing and support departments.

David and Karina are also on staff at their local church, MyChurch. David runs the video ministry as well as teaches the K-5 Sunday school program on Sunday mornings. Karina maintains the church website as well as runs audio-visual during Sunday morning services.
A little bit about Karina’s technical background:
Karina has over 13 years of experience in web design, HTML, CSS, coding, computer, and information technology. She is a CompTIA A+ certified computer specialist, and also has formal training in the MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification program. She is a member of the IWA (International Webmasters Association) and the HTML Writers Guild.
A note from Karina – Why we began!
Shoppe Pro was started with a desire to help out other aspiring Work at Home Moms achieve their goals of starting successful online businesses, allowing them to stay at home with their children. It shouldn’t cost a fortune, which is why we offer the most affordable rates you will ever see! As a WAHM to three young children myself, being able to stay at home to raise my own children has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my life, and I love knowing that I can help other moms achieve that same goal.

Michelle Gardner – Client Support Manager
Michelle is a valued asset to Shoppe Pro and has been with us since 2008. She manages the support ticket desk and is an extremely effective communicator and problem solver and is skilled in HTML and CSS! Michelle is also one of our Forum moderators. She has been doing technical support in various fields since 1998. Michelle formerly operated an embroidery shop in Waynesville, North Carolina, and more recently operated a web design company from her home.
Customer Service Rep, Amanda Costle
Amanda Costle - Customer Service (Phone/Chat) and Installations
Amanda has been with the Shoppe Pro team since 2009. Amanda is another successful work at home mom! She resides in Tucson, Arizona and has a 6 year old daughter, Rylee. Amanda answers our toll-free phone number, operates the Live Chat desk, as well as performs installations. She has excellent customer service skills and we are proud to have her on the Shoppe Pro customer support team!
